I am looking for someone to take over my cozy studio apartment at Yugo Alvarium in Frankfurt am Main starting from March.
You can sign a contract of 6 or 12 months, but if you need to move out earlier, it is possible to sublease or cancel the contract with a certain notice period.

I have lived here since October and can say it’s been an amazing experience. The apartment is a private studio, offering complete privacy, but the vibrant student community makes it easy to meet new people and build friendships.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area and well-connected with public transport, offering both convenience and a pleasant environment to live in. Whether you’re new to Frankfurt or looking for a fresh start, this studio is perfect for students or interns (please note that university enrollment is required).

My room is located on the first floor of the building, which has a total of 7 floors. However, if you decide to take over a new rental contract starting in March, you will have the option to choose an apartment on a different floor, depending on availability.
