Die Wohnung ist bereits möbliert und im Mietpreis enthalten. Eine Matratze müsstest du mitbringen. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die übernommen werden müsste für 400€ (1,5 Jahre alt)
Folgendes müsstest du für einen Abschlag von 500€ übernehmen

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Stadtlage und ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn-Station Galluswarte entfernt. Von dort aus ist es eine Station bis zur Messe oder bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die nächste Straßenbahn ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie zum Beispiel Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi oder Rossmann sind alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Europaviertel erreichst du in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und der Skyline Plaza in 15 min.
