Hi everyone!
I am looking for a follow up tenant (university student) to rent my dorm at the FS Dorms from the 15th of June to the 31st of July.
The room is in a great location at Adickesalle 36, 60322 Frankfurt (Nordend-Ost) directly in front of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
It is a shared flat with 7 other flatmates.
The room is 13 m² and has its own bathroom with shower.
There is also a flat shared kitchen, a dinning room, and a lounge area with sofas and small tables.
This makes for a great opportunity to get to know the other students in your flat.
The room is completely furnished and provided with:
- Bed, mattress and bed table, with large storage space underneath the bed
- Wardrobe, coat hooks, mirror
- Desk with drawers and cabinet, chair, and shelving above
- Own bathroom
Dryer and washing machine are also provided in the building and are free to use.
This flat is in a great location with several cafes, grocery stores, and U-Bahn stops:
- Deutsche Nationalbibliothek U5 stop (5 minute walk) and Miguel-Adickesallee U1,U2,U3,U8 (10 minute walk)
- Gas station with McDonald’s (5 minute walk)
- DM and Apotheke (10 minute walk)
- 2 Rewe markets (5 minute and 10 minute walk)
There is a bike storage for those that enjoy getting around Frankfurt by bike.
There is also a small parking lot and if there is vacancy, spots can be rented.
