This one-room-apartment (see pictures) is used privately and is only available during the months given above. The duration of the lease can be negotiated.
There are windows to the east and west for plenty of light all day long. On a large balcony overlooking a quiet and green neighborhood the sun shines at breakfast time.
The apartment is in a two-party row-house at the end of a dead-end street.
The underground U 7 is in three minutes walking distance, parking is possible, but rare.
Foreign visitors are welcome. Smoking is not accepted. Thorough cleaning is expected.
We speak English and will do our best to make you feel comfortable.
