Looking for an apartment for one year from december 2024

Hello!

My name is José Marcote, and my girlfriend is Javiera Zúñiga. We are both from Chile and are 27 years old. We are preparing everything from Chile to move to Frankfurt starting December 2024, as we are currently processing our work visas to stay for at least a year.

Let us tell you a bit about ourselves. We have been a couple for 8 years. I am a cook, and 3 years ago, I traveled to Spain to work as a chef. On the other hand, Javi is a physiotherapist and did an exchange program in Germany about 10 years ago. Thanks to our positive experiences, we decided to travel and see the world, starting with Germany. We would ideally like to stay in Frankfurt, as it's a city that has caught our attention, and additionally, I have interesting job offers there.

We are a calm, respectful, and easygoing couple; we complement each other well. Javi likes to keep her home clean, and I am quite organized with my belongings. We enjoy spending time together watching series at home or going for walks. Personally, I like video games, resting in bed, and playing sports (I really enjoy playing Padel and Soccer). Javi is more active; she likes to exercise at home and outdoors, and she also enjoys sports like I do (in fact, we play padel together).

As I mentioned, I studied to be a cook and had to do internships outside my city (in Spain, for example). During that time, I stayed in different apartments with shared rooms and lived with various roommates. Generally, I got along well with everyone and never had any problems.
We have heard that it's difficult to find an apartment in Germany, which is why we are searching in advance. We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider us. If you'd like to know more about us, please write to us!
