Wohnung in Zentraler Lage für 6 Monate zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,

da ich für ein halbes Jahr Frankfurt verlassen werde, suche ich für den Zeitraum vom 15.07.24 (+/- ein paar Tage möglich) bis zum 15.01.25 (und evtl darüber hinaus) eine/n zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter/in. Die Wohnung hat ca. 30 qm, eine kleine Pantryküche, Bad mit Badewanne, einen kleinen Balkon und das Wohnzimmer. Im Keller gibt es eine gemeinsam genutze Waschmaschine sowie Trockner. Ich werde alle meine Möbel hier lassen und auch die Küchenausstattung sowie einige Pflanzen bleiben.
Die Miete beträgt 805 Euro im Monat, inbegriffen Heizkosten, sonstige Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet.

Anmeldung leider nicht möglich, die Wohnung ist an eine einzelne Person abzugeben, Haustiere nicht möglich.

Since im leaving Frankfurt for half a year, im looking for a responsible person who subleases my apartment. The flat is available from 15.07.24 (+/- a few days possible) until the 15.01.25 (maybe even longer). The apartment is 30 qm big, has a small 'Pantry'-kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a little balcony and the living room. There is a washing mashine and a dryer in the basement that is useable for a few Euros. I will leave all my furniture here as well as all the kitchen tools and some plants.
The rent is 805 Euros a month which includes heating costs, other utility costs, electricity and internet.
