From March 2025 a 1-room apartment in Betzenhausen (in the Alsace road) is offered. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. A small balcony invites you to stay in better weather.
The rent includes all additional costs (also Internet, electricity). However, the garbage fee and GEZ must be taken over by themselves. The apartment is fully furnished, also iron, kitchen utensils etc. are available. So you just need to move in.

The contract length will be at least 6 Month and can be extended. The total rent of 830 Euros (for one person) and 880 (for two) includes electricity, water, heating and internet costs. GEZ and Garbage Fee is extra. A safety fee of 1000€ will be held as a deposit until end of contract.
