(limited 1-28 July) bright, cozy apartment near the station Herdern (Befristet 1-28 Juli) helle, gemütliche Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Herdern

I am from 1 to 28 July on travel and rent my beautiful, bright apartment for this time below. A quiet individual or a couple would fit well. If you have any questions, give me a message.

The apartment:

Bed, small couch and desk/table are located in a large separate living room. The kitchen and a small dining table are located next door. The spacious balcony overlooks trees and a quiet courtyard. Lots of light with large window front in the living room. daylight bath and kitchen. A good ventilation keeps the apartment pleasantly cool in the summer. The respectful, nice neighbors cannot be heard at all by the thick walls. 3rd floor without elevator means you get extra movement :)

The apartment is fully furnished, including a washing machine, bed linen, and towels. No TV. Pretty minimalist Scandinavian device. The mattress is only two months old (140x200, rather hard). The table in the living room can be converted into a standing desk. The kitchen is well equipped (no dishwasher).

smoking or tilting is not allowed on the entire property; Please don't apply if you smoke.

Ich bin vom 1. bis 28. Juli auf Reisen und vermiete meine schöne, helle Wohnung für diese Zeit unter. Eine ruhige Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen würde gut passen. Falls du Fragen hast, shick mir genre eine Nachricht.

Die Wohnung:

Bett, kleine Couch und Schreibtisch/Tisch befinden sich in einem großen separaten Wohnraum. Die Küche und ein kleiner Esstisch befinden sich separat nebenan. Der geräumige Balkon bietet einen Blick auf Bäume und einen ruhigen Innenhof. Viel Licht mit großer Fensterfront im Wohnraum. Tageslicht-Bad und -Küche. Eine gute Durchlüftung hält die Wohnung im Sommer angenehm kühl. Die respektvollen, netten Nachbarn sind durch die dicken Wände überhaupt nicht zu hören. 3. Stock ohne Aufzug bedeutet, dass du zusätzliche Bewegung bekommst :)

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche, und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Kein TV. Hübsche minimalistische skandinavische einrichtung. Die Matratze ist erst zwei Monate alt (140x200, eher hart). Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer kann zu einem Stehpult umfunktioniert werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (keine Spülmaschine).

Rauchen oder Kippen ist auf dem gesamten Grundstück nicht erlaubt; bitte bewirb dich nicht, wenn du rauchst.
