From the apartment you can reach the lake park within 5 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the tram and then it takes another 10 minutes to get to the city centre, but by bike you get to the city very well and quickly. There are also enough shopping opportunities.
And if you're lucky at night, you can have a big, sweet cat here.

Von der Wohnung aus kann man innerhalb von 5 Minuten den Seepark erreichen. Bis zur Straßenbahn dauert es zu Fuß 10 Minuten und dann dauert es nochmal 10 Minuten Bahnfahrt, bis man in der Innenstadt ist, aber mit dem Fahrrad kommt man auch sehr gut und schnell in die Stadt. Es gibt hier ebenfalls genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Und wenn ihr abends mal Glück habt könnt ihr hier eine mega süße Katze streicheln.

But you get to the Stusi very quickly from here and if you know someone there, you can probably also wash your laundry:)
Otherwise there are also laundry rooms, which can be reached quickly by bike.

Was man hier dringend beachten sollte ist, dass diese Wohnung leider keine Waschmaschine enthält, das wird sich allerdings bald ändern, ich kann leider aber noch nicht genau sagen ab wann, laut meinen Vermietern werden wir anfang März eine haben. Man kommt von hier aus allerdings sehr schnell an die Stusi und falls du dort jemanden kennst, dann kannst du da bestimmt auch deine Wäsche waschen :)
Ansonsten gibt es auch Waschsalons, die schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar sind.
