Offer for exchange for an at least 2 room apartment or large WG room in communal house-WG - my cozy 1-room apartment with spacious south-facing balcony with natural view.

The apartment is a new building in an old building, located in a quiet street. 100 meters from the trillion (the deep part on shore meadows where you can sun and swim.

5 minutes by bike to downtown.

5 minutes by bike in the Sternwald or the Hirzberg.

5 minutes walk to the center Oberwiehre (Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura, Dm, Apotheke, Burgerladen, Dönerladen, Eiscafé, Fitnesstudio)

It is a bright and cozy studio apartment in top location.
Wish me second room or large room in a WG with loved people. If you are a WG, please ask me :) I work full-time as a social worker in a school.

This apartment has an integrated, discreetly wooden kitchenette with stove in the room, who doesn't care. Thanks to balcony and large roof window, it can be quickly ventilated and fresh in summer. Warm in winter. Not very big but bright and also already celebrated funny birthday with dozens of friends.
