I rent my furnished 1-room apartment in Freiburg for a month below (it would also be possible a shorter period!) because I will not be in Freiburg. My apartment is relatively small, but enough for a person everything. It is located on the south side, therefore is very sunny and also quiet. The apartment has a small pantry kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine is located in the basement of the house and costs 3.00€ per wash.

The location of the apartment is perfect: you can walk in 5 minutes in downtown and at Schlossberg, and in 2 minutes at the Dreisam. Nevertheless, you have no street noise, as the windows are oriented towards the courtyard.

Ich vermiete meine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Freiburg für einen Monat unter (es wäre auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum möglich!), da ich nicht in Freiburg sein werde. Meine Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, aber reicht für eine Person allemal. Sie befindet sich auf der Südseite, ist daher sehr sonnig und auch ruhig. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Pantryküche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller des Hauses, und kostet pro Waschgang 3,00€.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt und am Schlossberg, und in 2 Minuten an der Dreisam. Trotzdem hat man hat keinen Straßenlärm, da die Fenster in Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet sind.

Es wäre auch total super, wenn du meine Pflanzen ab und zu gießen könntest! :-)
