Darin inbegriffen ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, bei Bedarf ein Kellerraum und Nutzung des Fahrradkellers. Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden-gegen Münzzahlung.

Die Haltestelle Eugen-Martin-Str. ist fußläufig (5min) entfernt, ebenso DM, Edeka und Kaufland sowie Cafes und Restaurants.
