I will be moving out of my nice apartment at the end of February. My single studio is free from the 1st of March. It is a modern flat with a wonderful scenery to the mountains. It has bed, table and enough closets with separate equipped kitchen and WC.
Neighbors are either university students or employees who are quiet. Moreover, there is a large room in the building for gaming and chilling.
Tram station (Nr. 4) is just down the building. In 12 minutes, you can reach the city center by bike or by tram. Dm and EDEKA are located 300 meter away from the apartment.
Point: I am going to sublet the studio for 2 month till the end of April (30/04). But you can make a new unlimited contract with the company with almost the same rent cost. Based on the rule of the company, only students and university employees can rent the apartment. Proof of income and a person as guarantor are also necessary for the company.
