Law student looking for 1-2 rooms apartment

I'm Emily, I'm 20 years old, studying law at the University of Freiburg in the third semester and looking for 01. May 2025 a new apartment.
Since the proximity to the university and good connections to the city are very important to me, I am looking for a centrally located, small 1 to 2 rooms apartment in Freiburg, preferably in one of the stated districts.
I am a very quiet, reliable and neat renter who places value on a well maintained home. In addition to my studies I play tennis at the Freiburger Tennisclub e.V.
My parents finance all rents and charges.
It is particularly important to me to feel comfortable in my future apartment.
My dream apartment is equipped with a (small) kitchen, windows with lots of light, bedroom and space for a small living room with couch and living room table. A bathroom with daylight and washing machine connection would be ideal.
