One-room apartment in the Souterrain, with daylight, own kitchen and private bathroom and terrace. Furnished, everything you need. Currently no stove, but a single induction hotplate and a mini oven that can be taken over (presented), but do not have to. Washing machine has to be brought.
Bicycle can be placed on the terrace (3 steps), partly covered.
Much space
No pets allowed.
Quiet and nice landlord lives in the house, has a private entrance.
Due to the cellar, the apartment is rather damp and you fight with mold every 3-6 months, but is supported by the landlords.
In spring, ants come by for about 4 weeks, but they can not search for food and easily be sucked in.
Before the rental change, the apartment is partially renovated, which is why the problems mentioned may be. then are no longer present, I cannot guarantee.

Einzimmerwohnung im Souterrain, mit Tageslicht, eigener Küche und eigenem Bad und Terrasse. Möbliert, alles da, was man braucht. Aktuell kein Herd, aber eine einzelne Induktionskochplatte und ein Minibackofen, die übernommen werden können (geschenkt), aber nicht müssen. Waschmaschine muss selbst mitgebracht werden.
Fahrrad kann auf der Terrasse abgestellt werden (3 Treppenstufen), teilweise überdacht.
Viel Platz
Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Ruhige und nette Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, hat nen eigenen Eingang.
Kellerbedingt ist die Wohnung eher feucht und man kämpft alle 3-6 Monate mal mit Schimmel, wird aber von den Vermieter:innen dabei unterstützt.
Im Frühling kommen für ca. 4 Wochen Ameisen vorbei, die aber kein Essen suchen und easy eingesaugt werden können.
Vor dem Mietwechsel wird die Wohnung noch teilweise renoviert, weshalb die genannten Probleme evtl. dann nicht mehr vorhanden sind, das kann ich nicht garantieren.
