I am offering this clean, spatious and bright basement studio for subletting for 2 months because I am moving away temporarily for a Praktikum.
The apartment is located north of Seepark, accessible from Tram 1 Moosgrund station (9 min walk) or by bus (3 min walk) which goes to Elsässer Straße or nearby train stations.. The nearest supermarket is Lidl at Elsässer or REWE near Landwassee. It is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood :)
The apartment comes fully furnished with a kitchen, private bathroom (across the corridor). There is a washing machine and dryer for free, shared use with a neighbour tenant. Bike parking available in the garage of the house.
The landlord lives in the house above and is available to support when things get broken.
650 is the Warmmiete inclusive of electricity, Müll, etc.
Move-in date is negotiable. Smoking not allowed inside the apartment. No pets allowed.
