Hi! I currently live alone in a 1 room apartment in Oberau, very well-connected, very central (almost at the Schwabentor) and very idyllic: I look at the wine robes at the Schlossberg and behind the house directly the Trisam flows. Actually, I'm really happy here, the apartment has been renovated and has a new bathroom, as well as its own small kitchen and a great corner window, the heaters have also been reinstalled.
The living area is about 13sqm, with kitchen and bathroom it is about 18sqm. There is a mixed laundry cellar and a separate basement plot. Despite the great apartment I would like to exchange, I am just new to this winter semester in the city and are actually much more looking for a WG (2-6 dear people) because the neighborhood in the house is quite anonymous, even the price of 560 warm is actually a little too much for me right now, for I do not need the luxury of living alone.

If you just come from a WG that is preferably central and is looking for something more quiet, private, please write to me, but only if you could enter into a exchange offer. Since my notice period is 3 months, a change to the May is ideal, maybe it will work more.
I would be very grateful if you would briefly describe your current WG and roommate and explain why you want to exchange:)

Hi! Ich wohne derzeit alleine in einem 1 Zimmer Appartment in Oberau, super gut angebunden, sehr Zentral (fast am Schwabentor) und sehr idyllisch: ich gucke auf die Weinroben am Schlossberg und hinter dem Haus fliesst direkt die Dreisam. Eigentlich bin ich echt zufrieden hier, das Appartment wurde grade renoviert und hat ein neues Bad, sowie eigene kleine Küche und ein tolles Eck-Fenster, die Heizungen wurden auch grade neu eingebaut.
die Wohnfläche sind knappe 13qm, mit Küche und Bad sind es etwa 18qm. Es gibt einen geminsamen Wäschekeller und eine eigene Keller Parzelle. Trotz der tollen Wohnung möche ich gerne tauschen, ich bin grade zu diesem Wintetsemester neu in der Stadt und suche eigentlich viel eher eine WG(2-6 liebe Menschen) da die Nachbarschaft im Haus recht anonym ist, auch der Preis von 560 warm ist mir im Moment eigentlich etwas zu viel, dafür dass ich den Luxus des Alleine-wohnens grade garnicht brauche.

Wenn grade aus einer WG kommst, die vorzugsweise zentral liegt und selbst etwas ruhigeres, privates suchst, schreib mich gerne an, aber bitte nur wenn du auf ein Tauschangebot eingehen könntest. Da meine Kündigungsfrist 3 Monate beträgt, wäre ein Wechsel zum Maiideal, vielleicht klappt es auch schon eher.
Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn du mir kurz deine aktuelle WG und Mitbewohnis beschreibst und erklärst warum du tauschen möchtest :)
