(Switch!) 1-room apartment in the Wiehre against 1.5-2 rooms (Nur Tausch!!) 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Wiehre gegen 1,5-2 Zimmer

The apartment includes a bright bedroom/living room as well as a kitchen with washing machine and small kitchen line and a bathroom with window. Bathroom and kitchen are located on the other side of the house corridor, i.e. you have to walk past the apartment door of the neighbor, but you hardly get along and if, then it is very nice. Overall, the house community is very nice and helpful. the garden is mainly planted by the tenants in the EC, but can be used after consultation.

I am looking for a 1.5-2 room apartment with fitted kitchen and balcony up to approx. 800€ warm. I am flexible from May onwards.

Die Wohnung umfasst ein helles Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer sowie eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und kleiner Kochzeile und ein Bad mit Fenster. Bad und Küche liegen auf der anderen Seite des Hausflurs, d.h. man muss an der Wohnungstür des Nachbarn vorbeilaufen, den man allerdings kaum mitbekommt und wenn, dann ist er sehr nett. Insgesamt ist die Hausgemeinschaft sehr nett und hilfsbereit. der Garten wird hauptsächlich von den Mietern im EG bepflanzt, kann aber nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden .

Ich selbst suche eine 1,5-2 Zimmerwohnung mit Einbauküche und Balkon bis ca. 800€ warm. Bzgl. des Umzugsdatums bin ich ab Mai flexibel.
