I am leaving my apartment from around mid-January to mid-May, so I am looking for a tenant. The exact dates are not yet fixed, we can also try to arrange the dates per your needs. I offer a single-room apartment in Stühlinger, Freiburg. It is a fully furnished, spacious apartment with a little kitchen (there is a stove and oven). (Don't mind the Christmas tree, it is not there :) ) There is a washing machine in the basement, you can pay with 50 cent coins. Also, you can dry your clothes there on a hanger. There is also a bicycle storage in the basement and also outside. There is also a little storage room in the basement. Outside the apartment, there is a private little garden.
No pets are allowed, and no smoking is allowed by any means in the room. The apartment is suitable for one person only.
Before moving in, I am asking for a safety deposit fee of 1100 Eur and a pay for the upcoming month of rent. Since moving in might be around the middle of the month, you would only pay half the amount of rent per that month.
The location is the best I've ever had. There is Edeka 3min away, Penny 5min away, train station and bus station 5 min away, city center 10-12 min away (that is on foot, not by bike). Near the apartment there is a Church and Church park, twice per week there is a local market of food (Wednesdays and Saturdays). Also, there is a river nearby, I usually like to take walks down by the river, it is a very nice nature there. There are parking spaces available, but only for residents. (You can also just buy a daily parking ticket, but that is rather expensive). I am not sure when you are renting the apartment temporarily if you can get the parking permit.
I will be mostly home, so if you want, you can come and see the apartment (please contact me first). We can also have a video chat. Note, that I am not a good German speaker, so you will have to speak English :).
