August eine*n Untermieter*in (nur Studierende oder Auszubildende – der Nachweis ist ERFORDERLICH). Ein Untermietvertrag kann vom 15. August bis zum 30. September abgeschlossen werden.
Der Untermietvertrag mit mir beträgt 750€/Monat (es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an). Die Wohnung besteht aus einem modernen Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, einer Küche, die mit einem modernen Herd,, einem Multifunktionsofen (Mikrowelle, Grill) und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist. Es gibt auch einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht.

I am offering my 1-room apartment in Campo Novo student dormitory in Brühl-Güterbahnhof district in Freiburg. I am looking for a subletter (m/f/d) (only students or trainees – proof is REQUIRED) for the period 15. August - 30. September.
The sublease contract with me is 750€/month, and there are no further costs needed. The apartment consists of a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen equipped with a modern stove, multifunction oven (microwave, grill), and a fridge. There is also a balcony with a nice view.

Zur langfristigen Miete verkaufe ich meine Möblierung für 500€ (das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert vom Campo Novo) – dies ist Voraussetzung für den Einzug in die Wohnung.
