1-room apartment at Friedrichshafen or Konstanz 1-Zimmer Wohnung am Friedrichshafen oder Konstanz

Hello! I (31 years old, female, Chinese with German stay) move on 1. April for a post-doctoral position at Zeppelin University for 3-6 years after Friendrichshafen.

I am looking for an apartment for a person in Friedrichshafen, Überlingen or Konstanz. Ideally, it should be a one- or two-room apartment with bathroom and kitchen.

I spend most of the time at the university, so I care about penduluming. I prefer an apartment with good public transport links to the university or a good cycle route.

I am non-smoker and I have neither a pet nor a musical instrument. I don't like parties. I'm generally very quiet. Therefore, I prefer a relatively quiet residential area.

It would also be ideal if the apartment is located near the Lake Constance.

My current budget is 800 Euro warm rental. If the apartment is in Konstanz, the budget can be set a little higher.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung für eine Person in Friedrichshafen, Überlingen oder Konstanz. Idealerweise sollte es eine Ein- oder Zweizimmerwohnung mit Bad und Küche sein.

Ich verbringe die meiste Zeit an der Uni, daher ist mir das Pendeln wichtig. Ich bevorzuge eine Wohnung mit guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung zur Universität oder einer guten Fahrradroute.

Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe weder ein Haustier noch ein Musikinstrument. Ich mag keine Partys. Ich bin im Allgemeinen sehr ruhig. Daher bevorzuge ich eine relativ ruhige Wohngegend.

Außerdem wäre es ideal, wenn die Wohnung in der Nähe des Bodensees liegt.

Mein derzeitiges Budget liegt bei 800 Euro Warmmiete. Wenn die Wohnung in Konstanz ist, kann das Budget etwas höher angesetzt werden.
