Tidy and responsibly student (23) searches for a small appartement or room to mainly sleep and work.

Two times a year, the company I work for want me to visit them in Friedberg for extra practise as part of my studies.
So, I was in Friedberg before and I enjoyed my stay, because this little town offers me things like good food, interesting architecture, great locations for sports and hiking and supports other hobbies of mine. But as I come home from work there is typically not much time left other than to cook, take a shower and go to bed. As you can imagine I am looking for a simple appartement to calm down and relax a little bit preferably in the range of 300 to 400€. I know that 3 months of residence time doesn't sound too much, but I am a very clean and ambitious person who can take care of things and I can promise you that you will find the flat as you left it or even in a better shape :). But it would be nice for me to have already installed furniture. By the way: I am not smoking, have no pets, don't party or support other critical habits for you as a landlord and it shouldn't be a problem for me to find a good new tenant after me, because many of my co-workers are looking for a similar place.
