I am studying at the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm and from March I will make my practical semester in Friedrichshafen. For the period from the end of May to the end of September (fine flexibility I have), I still look for an apartment/room in the entire region (ÖPNV should be present as I do not own a car).
One way to wash my laundry should be present. Furniture such as a bed, desk and wardrobe should be present if I do not choose to participate in the acquisition in proportion after consultation.

Ich studiere an der Hochschule Neu-Ulm und mache ab März mein Praxissemester in Friedrichshafen. Für den Zeitraum von Ende Mai bis Ende September (etas Flexibilität habe ich), suche ich noch nach einer Wohnung / einem Zimmer in der gesamten Region (ÖPNV sollte vorhanden sein, da ich kein Auto besitze).
Eine Möglichkeit meine Wäsche zu waschen sollte vorhanden sein. Möbel wie ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Schrank sollten vorhanden sein, falls nicht währe ich nach Absprache auch bereit mich anteilig am Erwerb zu beteiligen.

Ich bin ein sehr Ruhiger Mensch (rauche und trinke nicht) und gehe pfleglich mit meinen, und das Eigentum anderer um.

Ich bin offen, ob es eine eigene Wohnung ist oder eine Wohngemeinschaft!

Was das Finanzielle angeht, hätte ich evtl. auch noch ein bisschen Flexibilität, falls gewünscht würde meine Mutter auch bürgen oder gar der Vertragspartner sein, auch wenn ich mit meinem Praktikumsgehalt auch eine dauerhafte Einnahme habe.
