Nachmieter for 1 room apartment, Longterm, Student Only, 1 person

The Bus stop is only 1 minute of walking distance away. The train station is only 10 minutes of walking distance and so is the city center. This is a perfect location in general.

You have to be a student in Fulda to be able to live here and have to buy my furniture from me to take over the contract.

What you need to buy from me: there's a bed with mattress, a microwave, a mini oven, a kitchen cabinet and two bathroom cabinets. All this for 500 euros.

Please know that the apartment already comes with a bed without mattress (which i put in the basement) and when I move out, that bed is also gonna be in the room if you don't rent the basement. The basement has to be rented separately for 25 euros per month, if you want.
The apartment also comes with a writing desk and a wardrobe.

Deposit: There's gonna be a deposit equal to two months of rent.
