I would like to have a deposit about 300 eur (but is also negotiable).

I introduce myself to a sub-rent who carefully deals with my things (e.g. ceramics). In addition, a sustainable use of energy (water, electricity) is important to me.

Da ich beruflich im Sommer weg bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung vom 01. Mai bis Ende September (evtl. länger) untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist simpel und etwas im vintage style eingerichtet. Perfekte Sommerwohnung mit 2 Balkonen.

Die Wohnung liegt unweit des Karthausgartens und des Waldes. Ideal für sportaffine, naturverbundene Menschen. Sie verfügt über 2 Balkone und einen Stellplatz. Der Tegut Einkaufsmarkt ist 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Zur Innenstadt sind es etwa 15 min zu fuss.

Es ist super WLAN vorhanden.

Ich hätte gerne eine Kaution etwa 300 eur (ist aber auch verhandelbar).

Ich stelle mir einen Untermieter/in vor, der/die sorgsam mit meinen Sachen umgeht (z.B. Keramik). Außerdem ist mir ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit Energie (Wasser, Strom) wichtig.
