1 room apartment in student dorm with beautiful view

Hello future sub-tenant,

I am looking for a sub-tenant for my dorm room in GHB09, Am Großhausberg, 78120 Furtwangen im Schwarzwald from 1st of March till the end of August (Anmeldung is possible!). The room is 15 sq. meter in size, has its own washroom and kitchen. It's on 10th floor of the building with amazing window view to our very own Black forest and amazing view to the whole city of Furtwangen from the common balcony. Smoking is allowed only in the Balcony.
The kitchen is consist of a microwave oven, a refrigerator and you will be getting a free bed along with matress. You will also be getting internet which will be included in the rent with a speed of 10 Gbps! if you use proper router and wirings. The washroom is tiled and geaser is there for warm water 24/7. You can also use the room heater whenever you want including increasing and decreasing the temperature but it is turned on and off centrally according to the seasons and weather.
Super shops like LIDL, ALDI, Rewe and Bruder is in just 5-10 minutes of walking distance and the closes bus stop to move in any city close to Furtwangen is also in same distance. HFU (Furtwangen University buildings), Bank, Registration office, Police Stations, Post office, kebab and pizza places all are just in 5-10 minutes of walking distance as well.
There is a small bar in the rooftop which is open during the weekends only, where you can go have a drink and also make new friends and meet people during parties who come from all around Furtwangen and cities around. People here in the dorm are very friendly and are always eager to have a chat with you if you are interested. There are printing room and washing machine rooms in the second floor of the building where you can use these utilities using your student cards.
Cleanliness is important to me and I want to rent this apartment to someone to whom it is as important as it is to me.
As the room is included in a dorm from SWFR, you have to be a student from Furtwangen or any of the universities close to this city.
