Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe/Lidl direkt vor der Tür)
Jeder Mieter verfügt über ein großes privates Grundstück. Auf diesem Grundstück befindet sich ein Beach Volleyball Feld, ein kleines Fußballfeld eine BBQ Area und ein Pool. Aufenthaltsräume sind auf jedem Stockwerk der 3 Häuser, die alle zum Wohnheim gehören.
