DLR doctoral student looking for an apartment

I am a PhD fellow at DLR-Oberpfaffenhofen and am looking for a clean and comfortable apartment in Gauting. Prior to this, I worked as an Assistant Professor of Environmental Management. In my free time, I enjoy reading and participating in outdoor activities.

I am a non-smoker, I don't have pets, and I don't play any musical instruments, ensuring a quiet living environment. Those who know me describe me as a friendly and nice person.

I'm seeking an apartment with a closed kitchen or a separate bedroom to avoid kitchen odors, and a balcony where I can enjoy fresh air. I would greatly appreciate any help in finding a suitable place before winter.
