Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Single, die Stube ist hell und geräumig, die Küche bietet viel Platz und der Balkon am Badezimmer lädt zum Frühstück im Freien ein. Aufgrund der Wohnfläche und des Mietpreises auch HartzIV-geeignet.
