Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn- Schlafraum mit einer Kochnische und einem Bad mit Dusche. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Schreib- und ein Esstisch. Dazu gibt es ein Garderobe und ein Regal. Die Kochnische hat 2 Herdplatten und es gibt ein Kühlschrank mit einem Tiefkühlschrank. Man hat auch seinen eigenen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist ganz nah an Kaufland. Es dauert nur 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt auch eine S Bahn Haltestelle in der Nähe wenn man nach Karlsruhe oder Germersheim "Hauptbahnhof" fahren will. Wenn man so schnell läuft wie ich, dauert es 10 Minuten bis zur Uni … also 10-15 Minuten.
Wichtig: Wenn du einziehen möchtest, muss es für ein Jahr sein, und du musst den Internetvertrag für dieses Jahr übernehmen. Das beträgt 19,99€ monatlich, und das internet läuft ziemlich schnell. Du bekommst auch ein Festnetz dazu. Schreib mir eine Nachricht wenn du Interesse hast, und wir können eine Besichtigungstermin ausmachen :)
