Hallo,
ich suche eine Wohnung für eine Person in Germersheim, da ich einen medizinischen Fachsprachkurs da mache.
Der Kurs dauert 6 Monaten und wird am Ende August bei "ProfeS Gesellschaftfur Bildung und Kommunikation mbH Hauptsitz" durchgeführt.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass die Warmmiete der Wohnung nicht mehr als 400 Euro pro Monat ist.
