ich vermiete eine 1 Zi-Wohnung (derzeit nur an weibliche Mieterin) in Buseck-Großen-Buseck in der Bergstraße. Von dort ca. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof mit Verbindung nach Gießen (Licher Straße und Hauptbahnhof) und Fulda.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, Diele, Duschbad und Küchenzeile und hat 31 m².
Kosten kalt: 230 € + NK (ca. 60 €).
Kaution: 2 Monatsmieten
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt
Besichtigungstermin + weitere Infos über Mail oder Telefon (auch WhatsApp) möglich.
Die Wohnung kann sofort, aber auch später gemietet werden.

Verkehrsanbindung mit ÖPNV hervorragend, da in 3 - 5 Minuten Bahnhof Großen-Buseck erreichbar ist. Von dort mindestens stündliche Zugverbindung nach Gießen Haltestelle Licher Straße (Uni FBe Jura und Wirtschaftswissenschaften neben der Haltestelle!), Gießen Hauptbahnhof und Richtung Fulda.
Straßenverbindung: ca. 10 km nach Gießen. Mit dem Fahrrad durch die Wieseckaue auf flachem und gut ausgebautem Fahrradweg 10 km bis zum Zentrum Gießen (Berliner Platz/Stadttheater/Kongresshalle).
