Ich suche kurzfristig einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im College Park Gießen.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, mit Balkon, Küche und Bad und eigenem Parkplatz. Um Platz zu sparen, bzw. keinen lichtschluckenden Fernseher vor der großen Fensterfront zu haben, habe ich einen Beamer benutzt. Die Leinwand (siehe Fotos) und das Beamer-Regal können bei Interesse übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist sofort bezugsfähig. Ich muss nur noch streichen.
Der College Park ist eine Niedrig-Energie- Wohnanlage und dementsprechend gut Schallgeschüzt. Beheizt wird das Zimmer über Fernwärme.
Kabelanschluss und Kabelinternet bis 200 Mbit/s verfügbar.
Erfahrungsgemäß ist eine sehr hohe Nachfrage bei den College Park Wohnungen. Daher bitte nur Anfragen per E-Mail. Ich rufe dann ggfs. zurück.
Seitens des Vermieters wird eine Schufa (request now) Selbstauskunft benötigt.
