The cozy 1-room apartment is located in the Souterrain and is therefore still quite bright. At the moment there is still a gas heater, but it will soon be converted to district heating. The carpeting in the main room was laid only just 3 years ago and also ensures a warmer indoor climate in winter.
In the hall there is the small kitchenette with window, so food odours can quickly fade and do not enter the room. The kitchenette has a small fridge, 2 hobs and two cupboards. A niche next to the apartment door offers plenty of storage space through a shelf.
In the daylight bath there is a shower and a mirror cabinet with integrated light. There is also enough space for a cabinet.
Bicycles can be parked in the basement. The garden is maintained by a nursing service and can be used by the inhabitants.
The apartment is very central so everything can be reached on foot or bicycle. In the immediate vicinity there are several bus stops that lead to the city and out of it. A bus line leads to the station, it can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The medical campus and the campus of the natural sciences are within walking distance. A large Mensa is located 3 houses further. The Nextbikes are also nearby. The bus line 10 travels to the philosopher I and II at regular intervals.
In the city center you are in 15 min and more supermarkets as well as two bakers are in a walking distance from 5 to 20 min.
The apartment is to be rented exclusively to female students.

Die gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist dadurch noch recht hell. Zurzeit ist noch eine Gasheizung vorhanden, es wird demnächst allerdings auf Fernwärme umgestellt. Der Teppichboden im Hauptzimmer wurde erst vor knapp 3 Jahren verlegt und sorgt auch im Winter für ein wärmeres Raumklima.
Im Flur befindet sich die kleine Küchenzeile mit Fenster, sodass Essensgerüche schnell verfliegen können und nicht ins Zimmer gelangen. Die Küchenzeile hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten und zwei Schränke. Eine Nische neben der Wohnungstür bietet durch ein Regal genug Stauraum für Vorräte.
Im Tageslicht-Bad befindet sich eine Dusche sowie ein Spiegelschrank mit integrierten Licht. Ebenso ist genug Platz für einen Schrank vorhanden.
Im Keller dürfen Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Der Garten wird über einen Pflegedienst gepflegt und darf von den Einwohnern genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodass alles zu Fuß oder Fahrrad erreicht werden kann. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen die in die Stadt und aus dieser herausführen. Eine Buslinie führt zum Bahnhof, wobei dieser auch in 10 min zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Der Medizinercampus und der Campus der Naturwissenschaften ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine große Mensa befindet sich 3 Häuser weiter. Die Nextbikes sind dadurch auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Buslinie 10 fährt in regelmäßigen Abständen an das Philosophikum I und II.
In der Innenstadt ist man in 15 min und mehrer Supermärkte sowie zwei Bäcker sind in einer Laufnähe von 5 bis 20 min.
Die Wohnung soll ausschließlich an weibliche Studentinnen vermietet werden.
