Abgabe bei Nachmieter*in bevorzugt mit Übernahme der Möbel, wie das 140cm Bett, den Küchentisch mit Stühlen, Waschmaschine von Bauknecht (noch mit Garantie) und Badmöbel, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, sowie Deckenlampen etc.

Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden.

Den Flur habe ich zu einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank umfunktioniert.

Es ist sehr schön, auf die Fensterbank zu sitzen und die wunderschönen Fassaden der Gründerzeit gegenüber zu bestaunen.

Die Lage ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Görlitz, ebenso ist direkt in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle (3 Min) und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (4 Min). An der Straße sind kostenlose Parkplätze für das Auto.

Es befindet sich eine Etage drüber ein Bodenabteil und im Keller die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad abzustellen. Der Garten darf auch genutzt werden. Haustiere sind erlaubt mit Absprache.
