ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne, kleine Wohnung in der Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist hat den großen Vorteil, dass sich die Küche auf dem (eigenen) Flur befindet und man damit nicht im Wohnraum kocht.
Desweiteren überzeugt sie durch ihre 3,50 m hohen Decken und ihrer Helligkeit.
Am liebsten würde ich meine Waschmaschine, meine Vorhänge und ein paar Kleinigkeiten an den Nachmieter verkaufen.
