We would like to sublet our 2-room flat for September to nice and responsible people. There are various options possible - the whole flat to one person/ couple/ family or each room for an independent person :)
The flat is furnished and has a king-size-bed, 2 sofas (both have sleeping mode), equipped kitchen (microwave, gas stove, fridge, cutlery and dishes) and a shared big garden (lawn with washing lines). Washing machine is shared in the cellar.
Internet 200 Mbit.
The old-faschioned red brick house with wooden stairs on the first line of buildings to Leine river. It is very romantic, good for the jogging or walks, swimming pools are nearby.
Aldy-shop is behind the corner, Nahkauf-shop, which always has cold drinks from a fridge in 10 min. walk.
15 min walk to train station, 5-6 min walk to bus 80, 9-10 min to buses 21, 12, etc.
My husband and I are both PhD candidates, we are going in September to visit my parents. So, the flat will be free.
We know how hard it is to find a room, so we can discuss the price and conditions. We want to leave the place to nice and responsible people, who will keep place clean and water the flowers.
The bigger room, which we use as a living room can be sublet for a bit longer if you interested in a short-term WG life before the beginning of the semester or something like that.
For us is very important the following:
1. No smoking in the flat
2. No drugs (coffee and sugar are allowed :)
3. No animals (at least big ones)
4. No illegal downloading
Shorter subletting time is possible, longer is negotiable for 1 room, the price depends on the amount of people and agreement - for us it is about 500 Euro a month.
