Die Wohnung ist groß und durch einen separaten Eingang erreichbar. Vor der Tür sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Ein eigenes WC und ein eigene Küche gehören zu der Wohnung.
Mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 10 Minuten nach Böblingen in das Büro ( Planquadrat) von Daimler AG. Nach Sindelfingen ins Werk benötigt man ca. 12 Minuten.
Busse sind auch vorhanden, jedoch habe ich es nie benutzt.
Bei Interesse gerne melden.
Die Vermieterin ist bezüglich Besichtigung sehr flexibel.
Die Vermieterin hätte gerne bevorzugt Daimler Praktikanten als MieterIn :)
