The apartment is located on ground floor, but as St Moritz is very hilly, and there is a garage below, it still feels like the first floor. You have a beautiful view of the lake and it is one level above the street. There is an elevator connection beside the staircase.
There is a washing room separated, used by all the people living in the house.
The apartment has it's own bathroom and kitchen.
The garden can be used by the people living in the house, there is possibility for barbecue.
It is a 1 room apartment, but it really feels like you have a lot of space.
The apartment is
-5 minutes walking from the biggest Coop (foodshop) of the area.
-10 minutes walking from the very centre of Sankt Moritz
-good bus connections (5 minutes walk)
-located in a really nice, peaceful neighbourhood
-very sunny, with two big windows, one with the beautiful view of the St Moritz Lake.
It is me living in the apartment at this moment.
I am moving from Sankt Moritz, so I have talked with my landlords and they agreed on it that I can look for a new person to rent this apartment.
- The flat is available from the 1st of April 2012.
