Small 1-room apartment right next to the university Kleine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt neben der Uni

I'm looking for a rental agent for my small apartment in Uni-Graz-Nähe.
The apartment is located in 2. Floor without lift and is divided into a larger room, a bathroom and an entrance hall in which the kitchen is also. Note to the kitchen: This should soon be replaced by a more modern incl. back-grill oven.
The apartment is directed into a one-way street, it is hardly noise to hear and the windows are also super dense. In addition, but relatively cool in summer.
The apartment was only newly furnished by the landlord and the furniture remains here. It's not a deal to pay!

There is also a central room for laundry washing and bicycle storage facilities are available.

Cooler Benefit: Wi-Fi and heating are included in the rent! Only the electricity is to be paid extra.

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine Wohnung in Uni-Graz-Nähe.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock ohne Lift und ist unterteilt in ein größeres Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen Vorraum, in welchen auch die Küche ist. Anmerkung zur Küche: Diese sollte bald vom Vermieter durch eine modernere inkl. Back-Grill-Ofen ausgetauscht werden.
Die Wohnung ist in eine Einbahnstraße gerichtet, es ist kaum Lärm zu hören und die Fenster sind auch super dicht. Zusätzlich aber im Sommer relativ kühl.
Die Wohnung wurde erst neu möbliert vom Vermieter und die Möbel bleiben auch hier. Es ist keine Ablöse zu zahlen!

Es gibt auch einen zentralen Raum zum Wäsche waschen und auch Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Cooler Benefit: In der Miete ist WLAN und Heizung inkludiert! Nur der Strom ist extra zu zahlen.
