Weil ich ab März mein Praktikum in Stuttgart mache, vermiete ich meine super herzige 25 qm Wohnung unter.
Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in Vorraum, Bad mit Dusche, Wohnraum und Kochnische.
All meine Möbel werden währenddessen in der Wohnung bleiben, der Rest kommt natürlich weg. Nach Absprache kann ich Dinge wie Geschirr, Kochtöpfe usw aber gerne in der Wohnung lassen, damit du sie dir nicht neu kaufen musst. (:
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschiene, die alle Mieter kostenlos nutzen dürfen. Diese wird auch regelmäßig von der Hausverwaltung gereinigt.
Im Innenhof befinden sich Fahrradständer, dort kannst du dein Fahrrad auch überdacht abstellen.
Die Meite beträgt etwa 390 Euro, Strom sind rund 40 Euro und das WLAN kostet 10 Euro im Monat. Das wäre dann eine Gesamtmiete von 440 Euro.
Trotz der guten Lage ist es in der Straße sehr ruhig. Der Lendplatz ist etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Südtirolerplatz 15.
Außerdem bist du in 2 Minuten zu Fuß beim Spar und beim Lendplatz findest du Bipa und Co.
Auch meine Nachbarn hört man kaum, weil die Wände der Wohnung sehr dick sind.
