Im Dezember bin ich nicht in meiner Garconniere, daher möchte ich sie gerne zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Die Wohnung ist vom 01.12.2024 bis 30.12.2024 verfügbar. Eine Anmietung für einzelne Tage oder Wochen ist ebenfalls möglich – über den Preis können wir uns bestimmt einig werden. 😊
In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Meine persönlichen Sachen werde ich natürlich mitnehmen, sodass ausreichend Platz für dich bleibt.

I won’t be in my studio apartment in December, so I’d like to offer it for a sublet. The apartment is available from December 1, 2024, to December 30, 2024. Renting for just a few days or weeks is also possible – we can certainly agree on a fair price. 😊
