Es handelt sich hier um eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung mit eingerichteter Küche (Kühlschrank, Mülleimer, zwei Herdplatten, Hänge- und Küchenschrank), und separaten Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken mit Spiegel), plus Balkon zur Südseite raus.
Waschmaschine wird zentral im Haus vom Vermieter gestellt.
Das Bett plus Matratze wäre auf VB abzugeben. Des weiteren sind hier noch übernommene Möbel (Tisch, zwei Stühle, Sideboard - siehe Bilder) von der Vormieterin, die ich ebenfalls der*m Nachmieter*in umsonst überlassen würde.

This is a 1 room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, waste garbage can, two hotplates, wall and kitchen cupboard), and separate bathroom (shower, washbasin with mirror), plus balcony facing south.
Washing machine is provided centrally in the house by the landlord.
The bed plus mattress would be for sale on a negotiation basis. Furthermore, there is still furniture (table, two chairs, sideboard - see pictures) from the previous owner, which I would also give to the new tenant for free.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Haus liegt in der Nähe der Eisenbahnstrecke, die ab 17 Uhr nur noch 4 mal befahren ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, DM) sind in Laufweite von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 10 Minuten. Das Uniklinikum ist mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof in 15 min erreichbar.

The apartment is 5 minutes from the main train station, in a very quiet area. The house is close to the railroad line, which is only used 4 times after 5 pm.
Shopping facilities (Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, DM) are within walking distance of 5 minutes. The city center is 10 minutes away. The university hospital can be reached by bus from the train station in 15 minutes.
Ich bin in Greifswald immer nur von Montag bis Donnerstag. Online treffen per Zoom möglich am Mo/Di/Mi ab 17.30 (vom 14.-29.09. im Urlaub)
Präferierte Abgabe an Personen, welche die Möbel übernehmen möchten.
