Ich bin ein Student an der Uni Greifswald und fliege ab 16.02.2025 nach Ausland und stehe da bis
31.03.2025 da, dewegen möchte ich die Einzelwohnung für ein halb Monat vermieten.
Die Einzelwohnung ist 30m² groß und befindet sich in im 3. OG. Die Wohnung hat eigene Toilette, Badezimmer, Küche und hat auch ein eigene sehr schöner Balkon.
Die Wohnung möbliert und drinnen befinden sich ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und ein Kleiderkommode, ein Buch Regal zwei kleinTeppische, etc.
Gemeinschaftsräume: Fahrradort, Waschraum mit Münzautomaten (Waschmaschinen 3,50 EUR und Trockner 3,00 EUR).
Fahrräder können in dem Fahrradort oder in vor dem Haus abgestellt werden.
Ärzte, Stadtzentrumund Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

I am a student at the University of Greifswald and will be flying abroad from February 16th, 2025 and will be staying there until March 31st, 2025, so I would like to rent out the single apartment for half a month.
The single apartment is 30m² and is on the 3rd floor. The apartment has its own toilet, bathroom, kitchen and also has its own very nice balcony.
The apartment is furnished and inside there is a bed, a desk and a dresser, a book shelf, two small carpets, etc.
Common rooms: bike storage, laundry room with coin machines (washing machines 3.50 EUR and dryers 3.00 EUR).
Bikes can be parked in the bike storage or in front of the house.
Doctors, city center and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
