looking for a good flat or shared flat for remote work and study in th-koln campus gummersbach

Hi, im Teia im 23 and im working as a software engineer while taking some courses in th-köln campus gummersbach. Im from Jordan so I speak arabic, english, and german.

I’m a very Spontaneous person I like trying out new things but I also like my comfort and it’s very important to me for the place to be in good condition especially since i do a lot of work from home.

I would love to have a shared flat with fun people as well, i think ut would be a nice way to meet people.

I don’t cook(yet) or smoke or have pets

I’ve lived in a wg before and it wasnt a great experience so an affordable flat is a good option but a wg with chill relaxed CLEAN people sounds like a dream as well.

I travel a lot so there’s that too
