Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer, Diele, Küche und Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch, bequemem Sofa und Regalen eingerichtet. Der Raum ist groß genug um darin Yoga/Workout zu machen. Die Fenster gehen in Richtung Hinterhof, wo es nur Bäume und einen Parkplatz gibt. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Herd mit Ofen, Wasserkocher, Tisch und Stühle, Kühlschrank. Direkt daneben ist ein kleiner Vorratsraum wo ich Staubsauger und Werkzeug etc. aufbewahre. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, WC, Waschbecken und ein Regal. Die Waschmaschine ist im Keller. Dort ist auch der Raum mit den Mülltonnen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist gemischt. Hier wohnen Studenten, Berufstätige, Familien und ältere Leute.
In direkter Nähe sind einige nette Cafés und Bars, außerdem Supermärkte und Spätis. Der Steintorcampus ist in 10 Minuten und die Haltestelle Lessingstr. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Zentrum des Viertels steht die namensgebende Pauluskirche. Ein Spaziergang lohnt sich :)
