Room for a couple from 1 April

Hello, lovely people of Halle,

I am Avanindra and am doing Phd in Physics at Max Planck Institute of Microstructure Physics. My wife Dipu will soon start her MBA at Leipzig. We are looking for a room for both of us. We would prefer a room which either fully or at least half furnished. A little bit far away from a central location is fine :) We would prefer if there is a spacious living room.

MUST:
Having a washing machine in the building is a must because we don't want to buy our own.

GOOD TO HAVE:
Although we are a bit flexible about it, we like it better when the kitchen is at least notionally separated from the living room. An attached balcony would be an added advantage. And who does not like a shared garden near the building?
