Hallo zusammen,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in der Vogelweide. 46qm, 501 € warm, 2 Balkone, Dielenboden, Dachboden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem in Top-Lage direkt an der U3 und Hamburger Meile ist in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Mehrere Supermärkte, Banken, Post, Obst-Gemüseladen, sportspaß und vieles mehr ist im Umkreis von maximal drei Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem seid ihr nur vier Stationen vom Berliner Tor und somit von der HAW entfernt.
Evtl. könnte die Küche übernommen werden. Aufgrund meines spontanen Auszuges werde ich keine Zeit haben, die Wohnung zu streichen. Dies müsste dann mein NachmieterIn übernehmen...
