The apartment is on the 4th floor. Its a studio apt which means it has one room plus a tiny hallway (where you can put your shoes and coats) plus a little space where there is a closet where you can put your stuff plus a bathroom with a shower ant toilet plus a little kitchen with everything you need to do basic cooking and a washing machine. The bed is 160 cm wide and the bedcovers are without daunen in case you have allergies Please note that its an old and not freshly renovated apt. It is VERY clean though and everything works. (its not possible to lock your bike in the house, or the flat. You need to lock it on the street or elsewhere)


The apt is 5 minutes walking distance to the S-Bahn station Sternschanze from where you can take the train in 10 minutes to Hauptbahnhof. The apt is right on the border of Eimsbüttel and Schanze. Which means you have the best of both worlds. You live in the part of Eimsbüttel wich i would call the grown up Schanze. Wich means no party crowd, better restaurants, mature bars and chic boutiques. Some of the towns best / hip restaurants are right in front of your door! In another ten minutes walking you right in the heart of the livefull Schanzenviertel.
