The apartment consists of a small hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub and a well-designed room with access to the balcony and a kitchen.
Living room:
The wardrobe is in the hallway so that it does not take up any space in the living room. Next to the bed there is also a pull-out sofa bed, so guests always have space. The apartment has a beautiful parquet floor.
The room faces east, so it is nice and bright in the morning and thanks to the large window front it does not get too dark during the day. The windows and the balcony face the green interior area. This is framed by other residential buildings.
Bathroom:
In addition to the bathtub for bathing and showering and the toilet, the bathroom also has a mirror cabinet and a sink cabinet.
Washing machine:
A shared washing machine is located in the basement.
The apartment is in a very quiet residential area with little traffic and lots of greenery all around. The short walk to the Elbe beach of about 5 minutes is also excellent. A gas station, bakery, café and small organic shop are also within easy walking distance.
Jenischpark is about 2.5 km away and is ideal for jogging.
Since the apartment is so close to the Elbe beach, it can rarely happen that you are woken up by a ship's fog horn.
Car/Parking:
Parking on the street is free. When I still lived in Hamburg with a car, I always found a parking space. The Othmarschen motorway exit to the A7 is very easy to reach.
Public transport:
Lines 15 and 112 take you to Altona in about 15 minutes. From there it is only a stone's throw to Ottensen, where you can eat out or have a drink in the evening.
The S-Bahn lines S1, S2 and S3 as well as ICE and regional trains also run from Altona. Line 15 also takes you directly to Schanze. The
112 takes you to Teufelsbrück in about 10 minutes. From there you can take the ferry directly to Airbus / Finkenwerder. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Hamburg University.
Bike:
Altona train station: 10 min
Airbus/Finkenwerder: 15-20 min (including ferry)
Rewe / Lidl: 5 min
The apartment will be sublet furnished and with internet. I will put my stuff in the basement.
